We make each of your items to order - most are custom with your baby names or family details. Due to this custom nature, orders may have up to a 3 week turn around in production.

The above turn around times apply, however if you require an order with urgency, please feel free to email us enquiries@zilvi.com.au with the items and date needed by and we will get back to you within 48 hours as to if we can make this request possible.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option.

Using Afterpay you can pay for your order fortnightly. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments every 14 days, but you will receive your order within Zilvi's standard turn around time.What do you need?- A debit card or credit card- To be over 18 years of age- An Australian residential addressTo use this service, simply:1. Add your items to the shopping cart (up to the value of $1000 with a credit card or $500 if using a debit card) and checkout as normal.2. Select Afterpay as your payment method - you will be redirected to Afterpay.3.
